Very disappointing experience with Grado. During installation of the stairs, they damaged my loft, scratched the staircase, and entered my apartment without informing me or obtaining approval. They later acknowledged dents in the steps as defects and offered replacement, but only weeks later said replacement would require dismantling the staircase. Communication was repeatedly inconsistent and unreliable. I would not use Grado again.
